This Privacy Policy describes how Ashley Parke ("we", "us", "Parke Avenue") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ashleyparke.com or interact with our email, social, and internal automation tools. We built this site primarily as a content hub for our own audience; we collect as little personal data as possible.
What we collect
- Email address – if you subscribe to our newsletter or download our media kit. Provided voluntarily.
- Anonymous site analytics – page views, referrer, country, and anonymous device information via Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Affiliate click events – when you click a product link, we log the product ID, page source, and country so we can measure which content drives the most interest. No personal identifiers.
How we use YouTube API Services
Our internal automation tools use the YouTube Data API and YouTube Captions API under Ashley's own channel owner credentials, solely to:
- Detect new videos uploaded to the Parke Avenue channel.
- Pull video titles, descriptions, durations, and captions for our own archive.
- Update titles, descriptions, and tags on Ashley's own drafts from our admin tools.
These tools operate on Ashley's own account only. We do not access, store, or process any viewer's YouTube data. Use of the YouTube API is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke our application's access to Google data at any time via the Google security settings page.
How we use your information
- To send newsletters and occasional product announcements (only to subscribers).
- To respond to messages you send us directly.
- To improve which content we create and which partners we work with.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, each of which has its own privacy policy.
Service providers we rely on
- Cloudflare – site hosting, DNS, CDN, and analytics.
- Google – Analytics, YouTube Data API (Ashley's own channel).
- MailerLite – email delivery for the newsletter.
- Shopify, Payhip – e-commerce for our own products.
- MagicLinks, LTK, ShopMy, ShareASale, Impact, Amazon – affiliate networks that attribute purchases made through links on our site.
Affiliate links
Many product links on this site are affiliate links. If you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking the link may set cookies or pass an affiliate identifier to the retailer; this behavior is controlled by the retailer and the affiliate network, not by us.
Cookies
We use cookies set by Google Analytics, Cloudflare, and affiliate networks as described above. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but analytics will not record your visit.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email us at the address below and we will comply within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
